Terms and Conditions

Abram, Edwards and York will attempt to collect your claims under the following agreements. 

1. We will comply with all local state and federal law, and such policies of your company as you may disclose to us.

2. Any remittances will be held in our bonded, non-interest bearing trust account for 30 days.

3. Our fees are contingent on collection at the fee schedule agreed on. Fees are calculated on gross payment. Interest may be charged from the receivables due date at the allowable interest rate in the state where the debtor receives mail.

4. We expect our clients to advise us immediately of any debtor payments made directly to your company and Abram, Edwards & York will invoice you for the fee of the collection.

5. Once we start working on your case and fees are collected, withdrawal of the file will result in compensation to Abram, Edwards, & York, by the client.

6. We will not settle any debt for less than the full amount without your permission.

7. As further consideration for the receipt and handling and collection of accounts by agency, and for the services rendered to client by agency, the parties agree that each party will assume its own proper responsibility in connection with any claims made by a third party against client and/or agency.

8. This agreement will be effective as of date shown and continue in effect until terminated as herein provided. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately if either party violates any of the terms or provisions in this agreement. Termination or cancellation of this agreement by either party will not affect the collection enforcement or validity of any accrued obligations owing between the parties. Agency will retain commissions on paying accounts and settlements accounts as well as the right to recover any legal cost advanced on said accounts.
   
   Their duly authorized and empowered representatives enter into this agreement by and between agency and client on this day.
